Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If products are received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and batch details to assess the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or credited accordingly.
Quality Concerns:
If there is a concern regarding product quality, we will investigate and provide a replacement or credit where appropriate.
Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of beverage products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock unless previously agreed in writing.
Short-Dated or Expired Stock:
Products supplied will meet agreed shelf-life requirements. Any issues must be reported promptly upon receipt.
