All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without notice.

Any pricing errors may be corrected prior to order confirmation.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Wholesale customers may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ).

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Trade accounts may be offered with agreed payment terms (e.g., 7–30 days).

Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of supply.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and location.

7. Returns and Claims

Claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or unsold stock unless agreed in writing.

Approved claims will be replaced or credited.

8. Product Use and Liability

Products must be stored and handled according to provided guidelines.

Voyage Beverages is not liable for misuse, improper storage, or handling of products after delivery.

Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and product designs remain the property of Voyage Beverages and may not be used without permission.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
